How to Request Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their DoseScribe account and associated educational data by contacting us through the email below using their registered account email address:

What Data Will Be Deleted
- User account information
- Name and email address
- Educational progress and lesson history
- Simulation scores and assessment results
- Certificates and completion records
- Questionnaire responses
- Stored profile information
Data That May Be Retained
Certain limited records may be temporarily retained where required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security and abuse monitoring
- Financial or compliance requirements
- Backup recovery systems
